I am so grateful to have found Mario! Because I had a complicated purchase several years ago, I was referred to him on a ranch purchase and he did not disappoint! He is honest and knows exactly what he is doing to get the right person with the right loan and successfully get them through! He has helped me successfully (and painlessly!) get through some complicated property purchases! Because I am solely a 1099 contract worker, it is never easy to get all the details just right for securing a good loan with a good rate! He managed to get me into excellent loans, every time! My most recent purchase in 2026 was a duplex with a 21-day escrow - yep he did that too! I highly recommend Mario for all Home loan needs and especially if you have a complicated scenario or looking for a quick Escrow - he and his dedicated team will absolutely make it happen. The great thing is, if he can't (which I highly doubt!) he is honest and upfront right from the start and will tell you exactly what needs to happen, no dragging you along or messing around - he is the real deal in a somewhat shady world these days! We are so incredibly grateful for Mario and everything he did for us during our home-buying journey. We initially went with a big bank for our first home purchase, and unfortunately, they let us down. After going through that experience, we were honestly pretty discouraged and nervous about starting the process over again. Working with Mario was a completely different experience. From the beginning, he was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to explain things to us. Mario never made us feel like we were on our own. He was always there to answer our questions, walk us through our options, and help us figure out the next step. What meant the most to us was that he genuinely cared about getting us into our home.
